Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Tyre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our tyre services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, tyre industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Assist in managing daily tyre workshop operations.
- Supervise tyre fitters to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
- Provide professional advice to customers on tyre products and services.
- Support the achievement of sales and service targets.
- Monitor tyre inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Assist in staff training, performance management, and development.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in tyre services, automotive workshop operations, or a related
field.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tyre products, fitting, balancing, wheel alignment, and repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
