Hardware Haus Limited (HHL) is looking for a hardworking and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Lae Distribution Centre. The Assistant Warehouse Manager will support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow, orderly and safe conditions, inventory control, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Organize work areas and ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Monitor inventory control systems to keep stock levels current
• Coordinate warehouse staff and schedule work activities
• Recommend improvements for workflow, productivity, and quality
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse or similar roles
• Proven warehouse operations experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Pronto and Microsoft Office applications
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to safety standard
