A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to meet daily production requirements.
• Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, consistent in taste and presentation.
• Follow recipes and maintain accurate measurements for ingredients.
• Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures and timings as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new products and seasonal offerings.

What We Need From You

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with commercial baking equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Baking, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
