CreditBank PNG Limited is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Banking Trainer.

We are inviting expressions of interest from motivated and knowledgeable team members for the position of Banking Trainer.

The Banking Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to staff across our network. The ideal candidate will help build capability and confidence in using our banking systems (FinConnect & Intellect), understanding our products/services, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is based in Port Moresby.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on FinConnect, Intellect, and other core banking systems.
• Facilitate workshops on Credit Bank Products and Services.
• Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives across departments.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and quick reference resources.
• Provide post-training support and feedback to ensure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in human resource management or equivalent (required but not madatory)
• A confident and engaging presenter with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of FinConnect, Intellect, and Credit Bank products and services.
• Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred but not essential).
