JOB VACANCY – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (PNG NATIONALS)

Baosen International Holdings Limited is a leading investor in Papua New Guinea, engaged in large-scale commercial shopping mall and residential apartment developments. We are seeking qualified and experienced Building Construction Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify construction designs and plans
  • Interpret and analyze building plans
  • Conduct daily site assessments and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with NCDC Building Board regulations
  • Supervise construction crews and daily site activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in commercial/residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of PNG building regulations
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Strong work ethics and professional conduct
