BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an individual who is welcoming and smart; someone who can focus on the things that really matter to our guests and get them right every time. Join us as a Business Development Executive. You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.

A little insight of your day-to-day

• Develop, negotiate, and manage long-stay accommodation contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify potential leads
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
• Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies and sales performance

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, client interactions, and sales activities

What we need from you

• Report to work as rostered
• Always maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Communicate professionally and work as a team member
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all dealings
• High attention to details with the ability to work unsupervised
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Can effectively manage time to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
