We are now recruiting for a Call Centre Agent and will be based in Port Moresby reporting directly to Manager Call Centre. The incumbent will be responsible to provide a high level of customer service to clients by providing information, bookings and fare quotes by phone and collecting payments and issuing tickets and to provide clients with clear and concise advance notification of flight cancellations and schedule changes.
