Call Centre Agent

We are now recruiting for a Call Centre Agent and will be based in Port Moresby reporting directly to Manager Call Centre. The incumbent will be responsible to provide a high level of customer service to clients by providing information, bookings and fare quotes by phone and collecting payments and issuing tickets and to provide clients with clear and concise advance notification of flight cancellations and schedule changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Make bookings and issue tickets
  • Have a thorough knowledge of fare rules
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Provide travel information
  • Assist clients with special requests
  • Understand reservations processes and procedures
  • Respond to client emails promptly
  • Manage advance schedule change queues and notifications

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES

  • Must complete Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1-3 years’ working experience in sales or related field
  • High level of computer literacy especially in MS Excel and Word,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have high customer service standards.
  • Must have a valid Police Clearance
