What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for achieving financial targets, ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening internal controls, and successfully executing strategic initiatives.

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term growth and strategic initiatives, including joint ventures and acquisitions.
• Financial Management & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling; ensure accurate reporting aligned with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Risk & Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance, internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Operational Oversight: Mentor finance teams, optimize cash flow and resource allocation, and enhance financial systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance to shareholders, investors, and external partners; represent the organization in financial negotiations.
• Administration & General: Standardize reporting and documentation, coordinate divisional reports, and uphold health and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a seasoned finance professional with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting.
• Membership in a professional accounting body (CPA, CA, CIMA).
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and resilience in dynamic environments.
