Summary:

The Class 6 Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of products, materials, documents, meals, and staff as instructed by their supervisor or manager. They are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport products, materials, documents, meals, and staff safely to their designated locations.
• Ensure the timely delivery of materials, documents, meals, and staff as instructed by the supervisor or manager.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in excellent condition, both inside and outside, through regular washing and cleaning.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Identify and report any electrical or mechanical faults in the vehicle.
• Report any accidents or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Carry out periodic maintenance of the vehicle, such as battery replacement and engine oil changes, at appropriate intervals.
• Adhere to the driving schedule as assigned by the supervisor.
• Dress professionally in accordance with the company’s dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 and Class 6 driving licenses.
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Preferably residing in or near Hohola (or location).
• Non-betel nut chewer and non-smoker.
• Sober habits.
