Client Liaisons Officer (GPS Control Room)

About the Role:

Are you a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client service? Join our dynamic team as a Client Liaison Officer (CLO) in our GPS Control Room.

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact between our operations team and our valued clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring all GPS tracking, incident reporting, and fuel monitoring requirements are delivered with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing client accounts and maintaining strong working relationships
• Sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitoring GPS alerts in real-time and escalating incidents as per protocols
• Coordinating and submitting incident and accident reports
• Conducting weekly client visits and participating in scheduled meetings
• Updating system data, client protocols, and reporting documentation
• Supporting internal training and compliance with client expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a GPS, fleet, or control room environment
• Strong communication, time management, and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and GPS-related systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours incidents
