The Role
In your role as a Commercial Agreements Manager, you will have the privilege to provide support to Joint Venture partners whilst also managing and negotiating key commercial agreements across multiple business ventures and partnerships.
Your will also be expected to communicate effectively and display teamwork skills in a complex working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of critical commercial agreements for the major energy project.
  • Manage major legal documents, including Shareholders Agreements (JVA/SHA), Supply Agreements (PSCA/CSCA), and various Integration Agreements (FAA, CTIA, DOCA, etc.).
  • Assist in negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for the project's operation.
  • Facilitate the communication and internal approval of these agreements with the company's stakeholders.
  • Support the company and ongoing operation of the project, with governance and reporting structures.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Law, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or a combination of relevant qualifications
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in international joint ventures / varied commercial agreements / transactions / negotiations with substantial
  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, emerging Renewables and Power Business
  • Strong influencing skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills in complex, confidential environments.
