CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Contact Centre & Customer Experience Officer.
The Contact Centre & Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for handling queries and complaints received from our customers, clients and stakeholders. This position reports to the Manager Contact Centre & Customer Experience.
