To promote women’s empowerment and social change, we aim to provide a platform where skilled sewers and artisans from marginalised communities have the opportunity to produce ALL types of garments including uniforms and commercial export-ready home and fashion goods by upskilling or utilising an existing skill base to its maximum potential.

Why we need you:

The Creative Project & Production Manager will oversee the planning & production execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring that the Avodah team meets deadlines, stays within budget, and delivers high-quality work aligned with client and company objectives.

The incumbent will act as the bridge between creative & production team and stakeholders, translating ideas into tangible results. The Manager will be responsible for managing the full project cycle, from concept to planning to execution & production and post-project review, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Strategy: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and creative teams; develop timelines, project plans, and milestones.
  2. Team Coordination: Assign tasks, monitor progress, foster collaboration, and organize creative brainstorming or workshops.
  3. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact, provide updates, handle feedback, and manage expectations.
  4. Budget & Resource Management: Create budgets, monitor expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and track team labor hours.
  5. Quality & Risk Management: Ensure deliverables meet standards, anticipate project challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Creative Guidance: Offer creative direction, review outputs, and maintain alignment with brand or client vision.
  7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track KPIs, and evaluate project outcomes for lessons learned.

  • Ability to lead and motivate creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of creative workflows and digital tools

Skills:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in creative, production, marketing or advertising environments.
