CREDIT ANALYST – MIDDLE OFFICE UNIT, INTERNATIONAL MARKETS DEPARTMENT

Reports To: Manager – Middle Office Unit, International Markets Department

The Credit Analyst in the fixed income market is responsible for assessing the credit worthiness of corporate, sovereign, and structured debts issuers. The analyst provides recommendations to portfolio managers, ensuring that investment decisions align with risk tolerance and return objectives set out in the Reserve Management Policy.

The role ensures compliance with approved investment guidelines, credit risk limits, policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting prudent reserve management.

Education/Qualification/Experiences/Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
  • CFA designation will be an
  • 3-5 years of credit analysis experience in banking, asset management, or rating agencies
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and financing modelling; knowledge of fixed income instruments
  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and assess credit risk under different scenarios.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills for preparing reports and

pitching recommendations.

  • Decisions making: Strong judgement in balancing risk and return in investment decisions.
