Customer Service Officer (Daru)

We are pleased to announce open vacancy now exists in our Daru, Operations Division for interested,qualified and experienced Customer Service Officer.

Based in Daru Airport this position reports to Airport Manager. The role of the position is to precisly coordinate and activly attend to customer check-in and queries, providing best service that meets customer satisfaction and to meet departments/divisions operational and administrative needs.

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Attend to customer/passenger check-in ensuring passengers are served accordingly
• Ensure passengers are attended to on time for on-time flight departure
• Adhere to SOPs for proper customer service handling.
• Ensure customer service standard is maintained
• Meet customer/passenger satisfaction
• Attend to customer queries and provide resolution
• Perform other necessary duties for operation efficiency

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or grade 12 qualification.
• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service roles or relative fields
• Sober habits and flexible
• Can work under minimun supervision
• Display a sound understanding of customer service responsibilites in the aviation industry.
• Hard working, trustworthy and results oriented/focused.
• Computer literate: proficient in MS software (MS Word, MS Excel).
