Customer Service Officer – Madang
An opportunity has risen within the Operation’s Division an experienced Customer Service Officer. The position based in Madang and will report to the Port Supervisor. This role is responsible for day to day Customer Service issues such as complaints, investigations and management by all travelling passengers. They must ensure a high level of Customer Service is maintained.
