The Role
The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers and clients. This individual will be key a player in ensuring the organization’s service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring the customer service team, promoting professional development and ensuring the delivery of excellent service.
  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department, managing workflow, and ensuring all customer engagements are handled efficiently and to high standards.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience, fostering engagement and loyalty.
  • Analysing data and generating performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Documentation, and Systems teams to ensure operational activities are accurately captured and that data integrity is maintained.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer service management role within the logistics industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing logistics software and tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in analysing data to track performance, identify trends and make informed decisions. Ability to use logistics software and tools to manage operations efficiently.
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to handle complaints and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Role is open to both Expatriates and PNG Nationals.
