About the Role:
This senior role sits within the credit risk function and leads analytics for collections and recoveries. You will drive portfolio insights, optimise recovery strategies, and support business decision-making through data-led intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead collections portfolio analytics and segmentation.
- Develop and refine recovery strategies using data insights.
- Monitor credit performance and early warning indicators.
- Deliver automated reporting and actionable insights.
- Support decision-making through data visualisation.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the portfolio.
- Promote analytics best practices and standardisation.
Key Requirements & Qualifications: - Degree in STEM, finance, or related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in financial services.
- Strong background in credit risk or collections analytics.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools.
- Proven experience in data analysis and modelling.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
