Job Summary:

As the Digital Team Lead, you will spearhead NWTL’s digital marketing efforts, managing a high-performing team responsible for campaigns, analytics, and content. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee SEO, paid media, and performance strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize ROI. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to elevate our digital presence.

Job Interactions:

This role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Fone Haus, Trophy Haus and the larger Namba Wan Trophy Limited (NWTL) Group of Companies. External stakeholders include suppliers and printing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, schedule and mentor the Digital & Content Team.
• Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social ads) across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the CX team on SEO, metadata, and keyword targeting for owned channels.
• Analyze CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and other KPIs to refine strategies.
• Manage budgets and bids to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Creative, CX, and Operations teams to align digital efforts with brand goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in digital marketing with 2+ years in team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Expertise in Online Ads and SEO Tools.
• Data analysis and performance reporting.
• Proven success in managing digital budgets and driving ROAS.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or similar are a plus.
