Hardware Haus Ltd is looking for a dedicated and organized Dispatch Supervisor to join our team at the Lae Distribution Centre. If you have a passion for logistics and team coordination, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with PNG’s leading retailer.

As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all dispatch activities, ensuring daily deliveries are completed efficiently and safely. You will lead the dispatch team, monitor technician schedules, liaise with customers and suppliers, and maintain high standards of operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch workflows and installation quotas
• Track technician activities and maintain operational visibility
• Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure dispatch processes comply with company SOPs
• Support staff training and performance management
• Monitor and improve employee and operational processes

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or logistics management
• Technical certificate or diploma
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Inventory maintenance experience (advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and observant of all safety precautions
