Pacific Services Group (PSG) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team in Port Moresby. Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Mandatory License: Must hold a current and valid PNG Power License.

• Experience: Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work, including projects involving high power installations and systems.

• Power Generators: Demonstrated and proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power generators.

• Automation & Controls (Advantage): Experience with automation and control systems is a significant advantage.

• Trade Certification: Relevant Trade Certificate in Electrical.

• Safety Focus: Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Performing high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work across various commercial and industrial sites.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical faults in high-power systems and equipment.

• Conducting routine and preventative maintenance on power generators and associated transfer switches (ATS).

• Ensuring all work complies with the PNG Power standards and all relevant safety regulations.

• Collaborating effectively with team members, clients, and other contractors to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
