They are seeking exceptional, experienced professionals to fill this pivotal Executive Director role to lead a core operational and strategic division. As a member of ICAC’s senior executive team, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to drive the Commission’s mandate.

Drive National Change Through Prevention and Awareness

Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Executive Director, Prevention and Engagement (P&E) Division. This role is responsible for leading all corruption prevention, awareness, and education activities, alongside internal and external communications, policy development, and domestic/international stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the development and implementation of anti-corruption prevention, awareness, and education programs.
    • Provide strategic advice and executive leadership on the division's operation and direction.
    • Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations and brand implementation.
    • Lead domestic and international stakeholder engagement and the ICAC’s events function.
    • Develop and implement processes for the creation of government policies and strategic documents.
Key Requirements
    • Minimum tertiary qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Policy, Communications, Law, Social Sciences or relevant fields.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience with 7 years in a senior management role
    • Vast experience in anti-corruption risk assessment, governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Good understanding and experience in implementing corruption prevention practices.
    • Demonstrated leadership and extensive people and change management skills.
    • High level of oral and written communication and strong analytical skills.
