Executive Director role to lead a core operational and strategic division. As a member of ICAC’s senior executive team, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to drive the Commission’s mandate.

Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of
Executive Director, Prevention and Engagement (P&E) Division. This role is responsible for leading all corruption prevention, awareness, and education activities, alongside internal and external communications, policy development, and domestic/international stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of anti-corruption prevention, awareness, and education programs.
- Provide strategic advice and executive leadership on the division's operation and direction.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations and brand implementation.
- Lead domestic and international stakeholder engagement and the ICAC’s events function.
- Develop and implement processes for the creation of government policies and strategic documents.
Key Requirements - Minimum tertiary qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Policy, Communications, Law, Social Sciences or relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with 7 years in a senior management role
- Vast experience in anti-corruption risk assessment, governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good understanding and experience in implementing corruption prevention practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and extensive people and change management skills.
- High level of oral and written communication and strong analytical skills.
