Experienced Tiler

Full-time -- Construction & Property Operations

Ruks Real Estate Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Tiler to join our construction and property team. The successful applicant will complete tiling works to a high standard on commercial and residential projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Prepare surfaces, set out, cut and lay tiles on floors, walls and wet areas to specification.
• Apply adhesives, grout and sealants; finish work to a clean, professional standard.
• Read drawings and follow site instructions from the supervisor or project manager.
• Maintain tools, materials and a tidy, safe worksite.
• Work with other trades and report defects, delays or material shortages promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a tiler on commercial and/or residential projects.
• Current Curriculum Vitae (CV) must be submitted with the application.
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.
• Reliable attendance, good workmanship and a safety-first approach.
• Own tools an advantage. Trade certificate or references preferred.
