CONTEXT:
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization, founded in 1971 and working in 70 countries around the world. MSF provides medical assistance to populations in crisis, regardless of race, religion, belief, or political affiliation. In PNG, MSF has been working since 2007 in Lae, Tari, Bougainville, Gulf Province, and NCD Province. MSF is now working to support the Department of Health to improve access to care for patients in Lae, Jiwaka, and Highlands.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Execute administrative tasks and follow up on project accountancy according to the administration manager’s instructions and MSF procedures, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining strict control over monetary resources.

Education |
• Desirable finance, business, or administration-related diploma.
|

Experience |
• Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • Previous experience with MSF is desirable and will be considered an added advantage. |

Languages |
• English and Tok Pisin are essential |
|
Knowledge |
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet) is mandatory. • HR/Finance database as an added advantage. • Knowledge in Maintenance of Building facilities and Logistic equipment is desirable |
