Pacific Palms Property under Steamships Trading Company is in search of a proven, capable and results-driven individual to provide critical financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and ensure the efficient use of resources across the organization. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning & Analysis professionals to be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, managing budgets, and evaluating the financial health of the business to optimize profitability and support long-term growth objectives.

Required Experience

• Minimum at least 1- 2 years of financial planning or financial analysis experience.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and insights.
• Strong proficiency in building and using financial models.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to identify and solve problems related to financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to work independently using project Management skills.

Qualifications and Key Ccompetencies

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related major or equivalent.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Technical knowledge in building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Forecasting revenue, expenses, cash flow and capital requirements.
• Long -range financial planning.
• Departmental budget coordination and control.
• Identify and explaining variances and trends between actual and forecasted results.
• Strong Communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
