Fleet Controllers (GPS Control Room Tracking & Monitoring)

About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a high-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated and alert Fleet Controller to join our GPS Control Room team.

In this role, you will be responsible for live monitoring of vehicles and ensuring compliance with GPS tracking policies. You will manage alerts, escalate incidents, and generate key operational reports.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Live monitoring of fleet movement via GPS system
• Tracking and responding to real-time alerts
• Escalating violations and incidents to the Control Room Supervisor and Client Liaison Officer
• Assisting in incident analysis and creating summary reports based on GPS
• Logging events and maintaining accurate monitoring records

What We're Looking For:

• Certificate or Diploma in IT, or a related field
• Experience in a GPS monitoring or fleet operations role (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and GPS tracking platforms
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
