• Title: Fleet Manager
• Reports To: Deputy General Manager
• Location: Port Moresby

2. Introduction

• Leads the company fleet to ensure safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.

3. Expected Outcome

• Reduce fleet operating cost by 10% and maintain 100% compliance.
  
  

4. Working Relationship

• Reports to Deputy General Manager.
• Staff reporting to him/her: Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Maintanance Officer, Fleet Admin Operations
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
• Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
• Ensure vehicle compliance and safety
• Monitor fuel, GPS, and driver performance
• Manage fleet budget and clients
• Create driver rosters and enforce them
• Manages Fleet Maintenance, Drivers, Fleet Admin Tasks. Works with Suppliers.

5. KPIs

• Fleet downtime: <5%
• Cost per km: -10%
• Compliance: 100%
• Incidents: <15%

7. Qualifications

• Diploma Logistics. 5+ yrs fleet management.
• Experience in a fleet managerial role
• Experience in tracking fleet maintanance, and fuel consumption
