Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead overall operations across maintenance and construction divisions.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Align maintenance and construction operations with long-term asset and growth objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational scalability.
  • Represent ownership/client interests in capital works, refurbishments, and development projects.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, budgeting, cost planning, procurement strategy, and contract administration.
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Lead value engineering initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Construction Management Oversight

  • Direct construction operations including site supervision, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Oversee tendering processes and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure adherence to construction standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE policies

Maintenance & Facilities Management

  • Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs across managed assets.
  • Oversee reactive maintenance operations and service response performance.
  • Implement CMMS and asset management systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Manage MEP systems, HVAC, civil works, infrastructure, and specialty maintenance contracts.
  • Optimize service contracts and vendor performance to reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory inspections, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, maintenance supervisors, and site staff.
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and suppliers.
  • Report performance metrics and strategic updates to senior leadership/ownership.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture across maintenance and construction operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
