Position

We are seeking to recruit a full-time results-driven Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to manage content creation and posting across our group of companies. This is an execution focused role responsible for designing content and maintaining a consistent, professional presence across all company social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Design social media posts, promotional graphics, and banners
• Create clean, modern visuals aligned with each company’s brand
• Produce simple short-form video content where required

Social Media Management

• Post content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms as required
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple companies
• Write clear and professional captions
• Ensure all company pages remain active and up to date

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a clean, premium, and consistent visual identity across all businesses

• Follow brand guidelines and improve overall visual standards

What Success Looks Like

• All company pages are consistently active and visually strong
• Content is delivered on time each week
• Each brand maintains a clear and professional online presence
• Minimal supervision required, with strong execution and initiative

Qualifications & Experiences

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• 2-3 years of experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong eye for modern, minimal, and professional design
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
