GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The successful incumbent we are looking for must be a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, exceptional horticultural skills, and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Reporting to: Property Divisional Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Lead the team to effectively carry out their roles in maintaining the landscaping of the grounds, maintenance and upkeep and tree management
• Hands-on leader with a strong work ethic, exceptional horticultural skills, and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Must at least have 3 years’ work experience with the required qualification in this role.
• Demonstrated team leadership with very good organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of plants, soil, fertilizers, irrigation systems, and pest control.
• Must have very good organisational and time management skills.
• Lawncare, garden maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Must have very good organisational and time management skills.
