About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Security, Risk and Asset Protection Manager to lead security operations across our diverse portfolio, including hospitality, property, logistics, and shipping. This senior leadership role ensures the safety of people, assets, and operations through proactive risk management, investigations, and strategic advisory to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee security contracts and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and implement robust security frameworks.
• Manage investigations into theft, fraud, and major incidents.
• Provide expert security advice for projects, facilities, and high-risk environments.
• Engage with law enforcement, government agencies, and industry partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Security, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in senior security leadership roles across multiple sectors.
• Strong background in enterprise risk, investigations, and compliance.
• Recognised certifications (CSMP, CPP, PSP, CFE) preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
