HSSEQ Administrator

The HSSEQ Administrator is responsible for delivering accurate and timely HSSEQ administration support to the PNG business unit so that they achieve and maintain the highest HSSEQ performance standards. Reporting to the General Manager PNG, you will

ensure the Company’s Safety Culture is promoted and maintained to the highest possible standards, in all locations, through:

• Active engagement with all employees on HSSEQ-related issues
• Promoting open dialogue between all employees and departments on how to drive and improve our safety culture
• Participating in & providing input to HSSEQ-related meetings and inspections
• Actively promoting the Company’s Control of Work (CoW) processes and safe working practices
• Inducting current and new employees and crew on company HSSEQ policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A relevant university or tertiary education
• 2+ years’ experience in an office/ administrative environment preferably in a safety focused position
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite
