HSSEQ Administrator

DP World Maritime Services, PNG BU, formerly known as P&O Maritime Services are seeking an energetic and highly motivated expert in HSSEQ Administrator to join our dedicated team based in Motukea Island.

The HSSEQ Administrator is responsible for delivering accurate and timely HSSEQ administrative support to the PNG business unit to ensure the achievement and maintenance of the highest HSSEQ performance standards. Reporting to the Training & Compliance Manager, you will ensure the Company’s Safety Culture is promoted and maintained to the highest possible standards across all locations through:

• Interacting with all employees on HSSEQ-related issues.
• Promoting open communication between all employees and departments to drive and continuously improve our safety culture.
• Participating in and providing valuable input to HSSEQ-related meetings and inspections.
• Actively promoting the Company’s Control of Work (CoW) processes and safe working systems.
• Conducting HSSEQ policy and procedure inductions for current employees, new hires, and crew members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A relevant university degree or tertiary education qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in an office/administrative environment, preferably in a safety-focused position.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
