Position: Independent Sales Consultant

If you are a school leaver, unemployed or simply finding it difficult to secure a job, we are giving entrepreneurial minded individual who love challenges a second chance to learn and grow.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • One year minimum sales experience ideal but not essential.
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • A self-starter who is result driven.
  • Have problem solving aptitude.
  • Well versed in English and Tok Pisin.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Lead generate.
  • Establish personal database.
  • Liaise with prospects.
  • Elaborate on product benefits and features.
  • Create appointments and close deals.
  • Provide back-up customer service
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

PROVISIONS:

  • Lucrative weekly sales commission and incentives.
  • Office and work station provided
  • Phone line provided.
  • On the job training provided
  • Back – Up admin and customer service team provided.
