About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced individual to support the delivery of their Internal Communications Strategy, communication campaigns, and staff engagement events. They are looking for a candidate that can contribute to building a strong culture and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Deliver internal communications, campaigns, and staff engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and contribute to the annual events calendar.
• Develop and publish monthly highlights while ensuring consistency and quality across communication channels.
• Organize external stakeholder events and institutional engagements to support project communications.
• Proactively improve communication tools, campaigns, and events while supporting additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 (or equivalent); experience in events or communications is an advantage.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a creative and customer-focused approach.
