Summary

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory database and product specifications within the company's inventory management system. This role requires high attention to details and good coordination with various departments and vendors for inventory specs verification.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Product Specification Verification
- Review and interpret product technical data, descriptions, dimensions, and related information collected from suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers or internal technical teams to ensure product specs are accurate and complete.
2. Inventory Database Management
- Input, update, and maintain accurate inventory database with product variants in inventory system.
- Perform regular data validation checks to eliminate product duplication or inconsistencies.

3. Stock Level Monitoring and Audit Counts
- Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies or low-stock alerts.
- Assist in physical audits during container unloading or annual stock count to reconcile with system records.
4. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, and Project Departments to ensure inventory data aligns with operational needs.
- Support new product setup and discontinuation processes in the system.
Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Inventory Management, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in inventory coordination, stock control, or related administrative roles.
3. Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or inventory management software is preferred.
4. Good understanding of inventory processes and product specification documentation.
5. Ability to read technical product specs or drawings is a plus.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Good communication and coordination ability across teams.
9. Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and data integrity.
