Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory or store management
  • Experience in PPE, tools, or warehouse management is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Computer literate , particularly in MS Excel and Inventory systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering when required
  • Issue and receive inventory items, including PPE and uniforms
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
  • Investigate and report discrepancies, losses, or damages
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and security of inventory items
  • Prepare inventory reports for management review
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
