Invoicing Officer

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Officer to join our Management Information System Department based in Lae, Morobe Province reporting directly to the Customer Billing Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, ensuring the timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining organized records, utilizing accounting software for invoicing and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy in invoice management.

Key Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in similar role in an FMCG company
• Diploma in Accounting, Management or related field
• Proven experience in invoicing or finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with finance processes
• Strong foundation in preparing and reviewing financial records
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong data and accuracy management Skills
