About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager, IT & Innovation, this role leads end-to-end IT Operations, ensuring infrastructure, systems and services are secure, stable and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure and systems
- Ensure service reliability, performance and uptime standards
- Manage vendors and outsourced service providers
- Oversee incident, change and problem management processes
- Drive cybersecurity, compliance and risk mitigation practices
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Develop and lead a high-performing IT operations team
Key Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline
- 5–7+ years in IT operations or service delivery leadership
- Strong experience managing vendors and service providers
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with ITIL or similar service management practices
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) advantageous
