Job Interactions:

This role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Fone Haus, Trophy Haus and the larger Namba Wan Trophy Limited (NWTL) Group of Companies. External stakeholders include suppliers and printing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email banners, newspaper ads, and promotional collateral.
• Support the creation of large-format designs (e.g., posters, signage) under supervision.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
• Adapt designs based on feedback while learning industry best practices.
• Stay curious—explore design trends, tools, and techniques to refine your skills.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply!).
• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (familiarity with Canva is a plus).
• A portfolio showcasing your design potential (student projects, internships, or personal work welcome).
• Keen eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
