LAE DRIVER TRAINER ASSISTANT FOR CLASS 4 & 6 DRIVERS

LOCATION: LAE, MOROBE PROVINCE

Job Requirements:

1. Be able to read, write and speak English.
2. Be a great communicator and have teamwork skills
3. Have attention to details and be organized
4. Hold educational diploma or certificate
5. Have valid Class 4 driver license
6. Experience and references from reputable employers.
7. Able to pass medical (including drug & alcohol) test.
8. Minimum 3-5 years commercial driving experience.
9. Able to use Microsoft Excel / Word and learn new systems
10. Knowledge and understanding of PNG Road Code and relevant legislations
11. Must be of a sober habit

Responsibilities:

• Keep daily record/data of training on hard and soft copies
• Report to driver trainer manager and fill-in during leave or travel periods
• Liasing regularly with other departments and managers
• Assist in Training and Assessing Drivers based on the company policies
• Assist in organizational preparations for training
• Assist in Training and preparations for drivers Assessments
• Assist in Inducting drivers on daily operational activities and documentations
• Share and communicate toolbox talks to drivers
• Priorotise work and follow up on any concerns and issues
