The Role
This role leads and implements strategic people and organizational development initiatives that align with business goals. The main purpose is to support a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organization.
Main duties include: - Building and implementing a Learning & Development strategy aligned with business needs.
- Leading the effective execution of the performance management cycle.
- Executing and monitoring the annual climate survey and leading action planning for improvement.
- Developing and delivering the Employer Branding strategy.
- Championing Inclusion & Diversity and wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience: - University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, OD, or Talent roles, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
- Deep understanding of HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
