Summary

The Leasing Officer is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the leasing process of properties. This includes marketing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining good relationships with tenants and landlords.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Market available properties using various platforms and strategies.
  • Conduct property showings and provide information to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their needs and concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of lease documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure property maintenance.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and make recommendations for competitive leasing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and lease contracts.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
