Load Control Officer

We are seeking a Load Control Officer to coordinate aircraft loading, prepare Load and Trim sheets, communicate with the Ramp Supervisor and Captain, and optimize cargo operations at Port Moresby.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure communication with the Ramp Supervisor with regards to the loading and unloading of the aeroplane;
• Produce Load and Trim sheets;
• Liaise with the aeroplane Captain regarding fuel uplift; and
• Liaise with the cargo department regarding cargo uplift considering maximization and prioritization of goods to uplift.

Qualifications/Experiences:

• Educated up to minimum of Grade 12;
• Tertiary qualification would be considered ideal;
• Quick learning skills;
• Be able to understand and communicate with people; and
• Have good computer, customer skills and mathematical skills.
