Are you passionate about supply chain and logistics? We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the Lae Distribution Centre!

Reporting to the Lae Distribution Manager, you will coordinate and manage shipments, transport, and warehouse operations to support efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries
• Liaise with customs, freight companies, and transport providers
• Track shipments and manage logistics documentation
• Support warehouse operations and dispatch planning
• Ensure compliance with customs and company policies

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years' logistics or transport coordination experience in PNG
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of PNG customs and freight procedures
• Honest, organized, and proactive attitude
