CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Logistic Supervisor.

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of logistics services within the business. This role includes managing logistics (Fleet and Transport) operations, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing transportation processes, and improving cost-effectiveness. The Logistics Supervisor works closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations including transportation and fleet management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service and delivery of goods/services
• Analyse fleet and transportation costs and seek opportunities for cost reduction.
• Other duties as required by the Head of Corporate Services

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
• Full Class 6 license.
