MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated professional with exceptional expertise in building trades and maintenance. The successful candidate will lead our maintenance team with strong organizational abilities, natural leadership, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Reporting to: Property Divisional Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Grade 12 (Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent
• Trades Certificate – preferably Carpentry NATTB Level 3, or recognized equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage a multi-trade department
• Experience maintaining diverse properties including hotels, large estates, residential complexes, and commercial units
• Comprehensive knowledge of building trades, maintenance procedures, and cleaning standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with expertise in repairs, refurbishments, and staff management
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Computer literate (email, MS Office Suite, and relevant communication tools)
• Must be available to participate in an on-call emergency rotation
