Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for an experienced accountant interested in maintaining their professional career while reducing their working hours or someone looking to re-enter the workforce. You will play a key role in managing our financial operations, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Directors & prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Highly experienced in Xero Accounting software.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with PNG financial regulations and standards.
- Past experience in a Real Estate setting would be favourable.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as required.
Work Schedule:
