MANAGER SALES - HAGEN

We are pleased to announce an open vacancy exists in our Commercial Department for a qualified and experienced Manager Sales.

Based in Hagen, this position will report to the GM Commercial and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the PNG Air Hagen Sales Office working hours from 0800 to 1700 hours from Monday to Friday and during weekends.

The Manager Sales Hagen will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Ensure daily schedules and reports are prepared and distributed on time for stakeholders and management
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Manage the Hagen Sales office to achieve its required KPI’s
• Recruit and arrange training for staff as and when required
• Provide guidance and support to the PNG Air Hagen Sales staff
• Manage complaints and feedback as it relates to the PNG Air Hagen Sales Office
• Assist the team to deal with difficult customers, complex problems and unusual situations
• Carry out performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation of the team
• Communicate solutions, successes and opportunities to management

To be considered, you must have the relevant qualifications with previous experience in a similar role including having the following key attributes:

• Must have completed grade teritary instutute with Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality & Management/Business Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, aviation or hospitality and tourism industry.
• Previous experience within an Operational/Travel Planning oriented company
• Exposed to fast paced and high pressure business environment
