Position Title: Marketing Analyst

Level: Mid-Level (3–7 Years’ Experience)
Location: Mt Eriama, 11 Mile Campus, Sogeri Road
Reports to: Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our student recruitment and marketing functions. This role will play a critical part in analyzing market trends, measuring campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to strengthen recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on student enrollment trends, market demand, and competitor activities
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and conversion funnels (inquiries → applications → enrolment)
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports and dashboards for management
• Use analytics tools to measure website traffic, campaign ROI, and social media performance
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and marketing effectiveness
• Maintain dashboards and support academic and marketing performance reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3–7 years’ experience in market research, data analysis, or marketing analytics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
